Putting It All Together in Dallas

From cultivation in Harlingen through stabilization in Mission, FLP's Aloe Vera is nurtured carefully and deliberately. When the Aloe arrives in Dallas, it is ready for final formulation.

The expanded 160,000 square feet production facility, equipment and inventory represent an investment of millions of dollars by FLP. It is simply one of the finest production facilities of any kind and compares favorably with the very best cosmetic laboratories in the world.

Upon arrival at the facility, the Aloe Vera is pumped into more stainless steel holding tanks. From there, it is split up for use in either internal or external products. Next, the Aloe travels to the compounding department where it receives the final formulation and mixing for both health care and skin care products. Finally, additional stainless steel pipes channel the products to the separate lines of the packaging area.

Qualified microbiologists as well as support personnel will then run a series of strict laboratory tests. Only when each product line clears quality control is it approved for storage and eventual shipping.

A hallmark of FLP is the sophisticated and stringent quality controls that affect every aspect of the company's operation, from planting through production.

Hundreds of measures are taken each day to ensure that every product with FLP's name on it meets strict requirements for appearance, consistency, sanitation and taste. To promote the highest standards in all areas, the Aloe Vera is processed untouched by human hands, effectively avoiding contamination opportunities. The Aloe Vera is transported, processed and packaged mechanically and automatically.

FLP's patented and stabilized Aloe Vera Gel is collected in stainless steel vats for its freshness.

The gel is placed in one of our 6000-gallon stainless steel trailers and prepared for shipment to Dallas

When the Aloe arrives Aloe Vera of America, Inc., it will be formulated and manufactured into a variety of internal and external products.
